ZENLI TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zenli platform, including the Zenli website, mobile application, and related services (“Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of the Platform
Zenli is a technology marketplace that facilitates connections between clients and independent cleaning service providers (“Cleaners”). Zenli does not provide cleaning services and is not an employer, agent, or partner of Cleaners. Zenli is not a party to service agreements between Clients and Cleaners.
2. Eligibility
– Cleaners must be 18 years or older
– Clients under 18 may use the Platform only with parental or legal guardian consent
– Users must provide accurate and truthful information at all times
Cleaner Addendum
If you register, access, or operate on the Platform as a cleaning service provider (“Cleaner”), you acknowledge and agree that you are also bound by the Zenli Cleaner Addendum, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Cleaner Addendum, the Cleaner Addendum will prevail to the extent of that inconsistency for Cleaners only.
3. Bookings & Pricing
All service pricing is fixed and determined by Zenli. Prices are displayed prior to booking confirmation. Off-platform payments or arrangements are strictly prohibited. Zenli may update pricing, fees, or policies at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Payments
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. Zenli may withhold, adjust, or reverse payments in cases of disputes, fraud, or policy breaches.
5. Cancellations
Clients may cancel bookings free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the booking incur a 20% cancellation fee.
6. Refunds
Refunds are not automatic. Zenli may, at its discretion, issue full refunds, partial refunds, or platform credits on a case-by-case basis.
7. Cleaner Obligations
Cleaners operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for service quality, safety, insurance, taxes, and legal compliance. Cleaners must hold a valid ABN and comply with all applicable laws.
8. Ratings & Reviews
Users may submit honest reviews. Zenli reserves the right to remove reviews that are abusive, misleading, or violate platform policies.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
Zenli may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including for fraud, abuse, safety concerns, policy breaches, or reputational risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenli is not liable for the acts or omissions of Cleaners or Clients and does not guarantee service outcomes. Zenli’s liability is limited to the fees paid through the Platform.
11. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenli from any claims, losses, or damages arising from use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or services provided or received through Zenli.
12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes must first be addressed through good-faith mediation. Legal proceedings may only commence if mediation fails.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
14. Changes to These Terms
Zenli may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
