ZENLI CLEANER ADDENDUM

This Cleaner Addendum (“Addendum”) forms part of, and must be read together with, the Zenli Terms & Conditions.

This Addendum applies ONLY to users who register and operate on the Zenli platform as independent cleaning service providers (“Cleaners”).

By registering as a Cleaner on Zenli, you agree to be bound by this Addendum.

1. Independent Contractor Status

Cleaners acknowledge and agree that:
– They operate as independent contractors
– They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Zenli
– Nothing in this Addendum creates an employment, joint venture, or agency relationship

Cleaners have no authority to bind Zenli.

2. Legal & Tax Responsibilities

Cleaners are solely responsible for:
– Holding and maintaining a valid ABN
– Declaring and paying all taxes, GST, superannuation, and levies
– Maintaining appropriate insurance, including public liability insurance
– Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Zenli does not provide tax, insurance, or legal advice.

3. Service Standards & Conduct

Cleaners must:
– Perform services professionally, safely, and with due care
– Arrive on time and complete booked services as agreed
– Comply with Zenli platform rules, guidelines, and instructions
– Treat clients, property, and personal belongings with respect

Unsafe, unprofessional, or abusive behaviour is strictly prohibited.

4. Equipment & Supplies

Cleaners are responsible for:
– Supplying their own equipment, tools, and cleaning products
– Ensuring all equipment is safe and fit for purpose
– Wearing appropriate attire as required by Zenli guidelines

5. Payments

Payments to Cleaners:
– Are processed via the Zenli platform
– May be subject to platform fees
– May be withheld or adjusted in cases of disputes, cancellations, or policy breaches

Cleaners are prohibited from accepting off-platform payments.

6. Ratings, Reviews & Performance

Cleaner performance may be assessed based on:
– Client ratings and reviews
– Completion rates
– Reliability and conduct
– Compliance with platform policies

Zenli may take action based on performance metrics.

7. Suspension & Removal

Zenli may, at its sole discretion:
– Suspend
– Restrict
– Permanently remove

a Cleaner from the platform, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
– Policy breaches
– Safety concerns
– Fraud or misconduct
– Reputational risk
– Consistent poor performance

No compensation is payable upon removal.

8. Liability & Indemnity

Cleaners:
– Are solely responsible for services provided
– Assume all risks associated with service delivery

Cleaners agree to indemnify Zenli against any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:
– Services performed
– Injury, damage, or loss
– Breach of this Addendum or applicable laws

9. Changes to This Addendum

Zenli may update this Addendum at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Addendum.

10. Governing Law

This Addendum is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
